Hooray! Today I began my collection of original animation artwork with two fantastic pencil sketches from Futurama. I’m such a nerd…
Thanks to the very helpful people at the Animation Art Gallery in London I am now the proud owner of a pair of beautifully framed original production drawings from Futurama. One of Bender taken from the episode “Bender Should Not Be Allowed On TV”

and one of Fry which I think comes from the episode “The Why of Fry”

It’d be great get hold of some stuff with the other characters too, perhaps one of Zoidberg or the Professor. However I’m a big fan of Nixon so I’d love to find something with him in it, though I get the feeling drawings of him — and the other fringe characters — may be a little harder to come by.
